Meet John Michael Cunin
A veteran restaurant consultant, John Michael Cunin has over 40 years of experience in the foodservice and restaurant industry. He is an experienced hospitality executive and has worked for restaurants in several different capacities including positions in serving and bartending, restaurant management, restaurant ownership and operations, restaurant consulting, human resources and training. He has familiarity with everything from fine dining to fast casual food and beverage operations, and has held ownership or the lead management position in over 15 front and back operation openings, both domestically and abroad. Cunin completed several consultancies in operations and concept development, but his primary focus as a restaurant consultant is training. Cunin consistently delivers profitability, helps operators encourage guest loyalty, enjoys high employee morale, and is particularly effective in large casinos, luxury brand hotels, fine dining establishments, and high volume operations.
