As well, we wanted to share a summary of tips you can implement right now to make 2017 your best year ever.
- Start having pre-shift meetings & use those pre-shift meetings to reinforce menu training.
- Quiz your employees! You can do this verbally. Pretend you’re trying to think of a good pairing for a special—see if they’ve got the answers.
- Reinforce quality control for all of your employees—not just servers and food runners.
